Video of the radar replay from the 31st July 2012 of the three aircraft incident at Reagan National Airport.
The 'near miss' or ' near misses' happened when three US Airways Express regional jets were allowed to get too close to each other near Washington's Reagan National Airport.
Two of the aircraft were allowed to take off in sequence shortly after 2 p.m. The third plane was lined up to land along almost the same path in the opposite direction,
Investigations are continuing.
