Dude I so appreciate you having me on and it was so much fun! Things have come full circle since watching your videos back in 2017 when I was working that sales job wishing I was in a different situation. Seeing you and the other RSD peeps making videos so consistently and doing live events literally every week made me look at my own work ethic and level up! it was super inspiring and motivating. Imo Owen and his crew are some of the BEST public speakers out there and it’s humbling to have Owen hyping me up the way he does lol Im learning to RECEIVE! Anyways the best advice I can give to someone reading this comment is that it is one thing to consume the content and intellectually understand it… and a COMPLETELY different thing to apply is and take massive action. For years I consumed and watched 1,000s of videos. Once I took the initiative and took action THATS when things changed. You just have to believe in yourself, the process and also ALL MIGHTY OWEN. Though which ALL things are possible… hahah and also if you have never been to an RSD free tour…. Don’t sleep on it and wait! That’s the ego preservation mechanism that says… “I’ll get on the next one…. Maybe they will come to my city one day…” etc. The Ego wants you to stay safe in familiar emotions and energies. Make the choice to get into the unknown and watch the magic happen!

Man I got chills at the end hearing Aaron say these were his first steps into public speaking and Owen giving him props and the anecdote about seeing Eliot take his first steps, as a fan of both of you this was an awesome moment to see thank you for sharing it. Aaron killed it too, damn, every sentence so potent, no pauses or stutter steps just fluid TRUTH. Thank you both, this shit keeps me on track This short video worked so well because of the examples of shifting identities that Aaron gave throughout, leading up to the final example that was live in our faces of Aaron shifting into a new identity of public speaking and this appearance with Owen then becoming an easy and obvious “Yes”.

8:36 he's right about this. It's called Hyperawareness. It's a trauma response to a volatile and abusive parent. Because we didn't know how the parent would act, we had to always be scanning the environment and the parent to make sure our actions didn't upset them. It also makes you hyper aware of how you are making others feel.

It’s important for us to keep in mind that we will continually evolve as we watch content. Some things that are said can make you feel bad because are pointed as though you are missing something when in reality you got that figured out.

Giving is vulnerability. Approaching is giving. When you give, you have no control over whether the gift will be received. That's ok, give anyway - It's a W. When you don't approach, you're choosing not to give. That's an L. When one doesn't approach, they don't "get rejected" - but thats an L! There is nothing to lose & everything to gain by living a life where you constantly choose giving over fear. Props to Aaron for helping me understand. Kicking myself, & committed to living these truths.

13:20 its crazy how accurate this is for me. i specifically remember when i was around 5 and my parents were fighting a lot really loud (dad had just got back from iraq) and i remember burying my head in my pillow and i was so mad at my dad that i promised myself that i would never be like him. i remember i told myself that i would always question myself and how i treat other people because i was so afraid of becoming like him. it was scary, i didn't understand that he was affected by ptsd and i thought i would be like him if i didn't question myself. i completely surrendered my frame to other people because i was so afraid of hurting them.

Paused the video cuz I want to focus on the rest of it. I just need to say that a people pleaser is not an empath. And an empath is a strong individual who can read and feel the people around them. The ability to feel the room around you and the ability to be yourself regardless of everyone else’s opinions emotions or behaviors is an important trait.

100% true .i agree 100 with the whole giving up trying to control the unknown and just let it was over u and just saying " idk wtf im doing lol" and eventually ur the authority. i used to do this in game when i used to go out everyweekend. i eveuntully started going out bymyself and learned how to get into peoples groups. just getting in there and wreaking shit. but i stopped and now im back to being a shyguy. annnnnd it blows cause i feel my brains knows it but i feel like my body doesnt? cause i know all the secrets or truths to how people work. most people are bored and hoping someone comes and savevs them the parts that are different of u are what makes u unique. think anime characters they all have an imperfection that becomes their calling card. a scar, a hair out of place, something people will not remember you or act like they dont. so use it to ur advantage. people don't REALLY look out their bubble. noones watching u. ur not that important chill the fuck out lol and people who want to fight are just having a terrible night. dont engage

I get what Aaron Is saying, I use to crave for parties and go drinking with people because I will need so desperatly to feed from their energy at some point I realized I could create that energy If I could focus in myself , it was very difficult to stop that habit at the begining.

I remember watching Aaron back in 2018 and thinking how cool a collab with RSD would be. And it happened. This video is a great chapter. I would love to see both of you on Tom Bileyu's channel.

I really realated to the thing about trying to manipulate my enviroment. I have become good at that, but I don't like it. I will start putting focus on direkting the energy inwards. I have been doing this all wrong, I have constantly push energy outwards.

Interesting perspective on adding value to people through your videos. Rewiring yourself to understand what others want from you. Also, the concept of having frame vs being an empath and feeling other peoples energies. I don't think it's bad to be sensitive to the vibes around you, I think that's what makes you grow, receiving those energies and allowing yourself to be affected by them. I think that's also how you can deeply relate to people. I've reached the point where I don't take anything personally. People may put out a vibe like they want to dominate you or whatever, but I think that's just the only way they know how to interface. All they want is your attention.
