you are right, the title indicates an English post - somehow misleading. At the moment i dont know how to to multilingual videos ... But meanwhile you can use subtitles from google with automatic translation into English or French: Click on the subtitle button in youtube player then use the Settings button, select automatic translation and select the language of your choice.
