Larson is on a tear. With the way Byron and Chase are running, and Bowman somehow always finding his way up front, Hendrick is looking unstoppable this year. Yay!

1 reason the whole team of Hendrix is so high is because the whole team from Byron to chase to Larson to Bowman are all trading info on car setups & track info. The whole Hendrix team is working together instead of each team being independent of each other. It's paying off in major dividends. Their proving their by far the fastest & best complete team on the track Keep it up Larson. Glad your with Hendrix.

The modern era record for consecutive wins is 4, held by multiple drivers. If the 5 team nails the set up again they could break that this weekend. Larson is looking a lot like Gordon in '98 and Elliott in '85.

It'll be interesting if anything is found amiss in those Hendrick cars. No doubt Larson is one of the best talents in the entire sport, but the more this goes on the more that "phantom extra horsepower" seems serious. I think half this dominance is up to Kanaus, not just the driver.

So far Nascar has taken 2 cars, one was Larson's and one was Byron's. They kept them for 16 hours and found nothing. That's extensive to the normal tech time. Usually it's less than 2 hours for a winner's car,, sometimes top 3 gets a more extensive check but never anywhere near 16 hours. I bet they did that because of the dominance they've had this year.

I agree that Knaus is a big part of all four HMS teams elevated performance. There isn't anything "phantom" about their extra horsepower. Every team is constantly working on their engine program for more power. As long as it is within the rules, it's up to the competition to catch up.

Kyle Larson was letting off the throttle half way down the track and still running fast....un real. One thing he was able to do was run higher in the entry of the turns, then cut down and have more of a straight shot out of the turn. Nobody else could do that.

Larson himself has also joked about Hendrick motorsports cheating years ago when with Chip Ganassi.. A year after he said that Hendrick got a $100,000 fine for using the wind tunnel too much..

@@tylermartin4822 none of that supports cheating. I can agree that a quality spotter might be able to tell if somebody’s got more power but that’s a very subjective argument. The quality of spotters varies greatly and To try to say it’s 10 hp it’s a bit hard to believe. Even if they are running with more hotspot because they found something in their engine package that’s not cheating. That’s racing.

His tire cut twice and he had roof damage… That’s not an excuse nor is it his fault that NASCAR left debris on the track.

It has come out that the 23 driver is clinically depressed. And the 11 driver hurt his feelings recently.
