Didn't they spend like a decade trying to get the production right? I listened to this track for 15 years before I found out the beginning is the reverse of the end
Yeah, as a bassist, I think it's sick that Colin Greenwood is willing to sit out half the track and come in when he's going to be super impactful. He does this a lot (Paranoid Android is a good example). His riffs are always memorable. He doesn't get enough credit.

Here we go. My personal favorite album of all time. It’s truly timeless, and perfect in a minimalistic way that is only rivaled by some of the Pink Floyd classics. Im glad to see your appreciation of Nude. And it will only grow the more you hear it. Its a masterpiece of pop composition and production.

A Moon Shaped Pool is their 2nd most cohesive album behind Kid A imo!! Also, "A Light for Attracting Attention" by The Smile is a new album from the new band with Radiohead members and worth checking out.
OKC, Kid A, and AMSP are their most cohesive works for sure, although really they all are except Pablo Honey (and In Rainbows is more "concise" than cohesive)
amsp is the most consistently great album theyve ever made imo, every song on there is amazing but none of them reach the same heights albums like in rainbows, okc and kid a does, still my second favorite album from them and an absolutely amazing experience to listen to all the way through
Thanks for getting to this. Can't wait to see how you feel about Radiohead when you are done. It's truly a fantastic album, one of the real greats of British rock. Sounds like a real band with innovative augmentation, and absolutely incredible songs. I remember listening to this for the first time on a trip to the coast with two beautiful young women, all three of us transported to a different place. We didn't speak for awhile when it was over. Didn't need to.
Jigsaw falling into place is my favourite song...its on Radioheads best album...and they are the best band in the history of music...so therefore it follows logically that it must be the best song ever recorded? The end
Your comment about "Creep" on "Nude" is funny because Nude was actually written in 1997, so basically in the Creep era and they only released it 10 years later on "In Rainbows" :)
I love how you are this indie rock sorta guy and never listened to Radiohead. Radiohead is so weird because the feel so indie rock, but are this huge band.
