This is 9 years old but whatever. I wasn't alive back in 97, but my uncle was at his prime, musically, at the time, and he said that Radiohead's singer had an unpleasant twinge to his voice. Granted he wasn't a very avid fan of alt-rock, but objectively, Thom is not that bad, but compared to his contemporaries at the time, he's pretty low on the vocal rankings.
The interviewer is fine. Anyone who can get these guys to lighten up and laugh is doing a good job. I want to join all their fan clubs! Phil is Great. Colin's alright. Jonny will do. Ed's ok. And Thom is...not bad, as he may say in his self-deprecating way.
Colin is wearing a light blue shirt and black pants....and Phil is wearing a black shirt and light blue pants...wonder if they planned that...lol...prolly not.
"it will probably be their 3rd album that will be remembered long into '98" try long into the distant future! Absolutely timeless music , there is only one Radiohead. Where are oasis? Yeah man nobody gives a fuck anymore about them. Beady Eye? Get the boat
Michael Goetz It was called The Ozone, a BBC show that ran from the early '90s to ... maybe early-2000s. It was more pop-oriented usually, so Radiohead a fairly atypical focus.
i know! when i first saw the street spirit vid and i wasn't paying close attention... at first i thought jonny was some random girl they hired @___@;;; and why didn't anyone start these fan clubs? :P inaccurate names or not, haha that'd be awesome. :P
@TheDevilWearsPradaa i thought he was pretty good. at least he wasn't boring and had a bit of a sense of humor (something a lot of radiohead fans seem to lack judging by the popularity of your comment)
fifi, I don't know who you are but if you are the one who is responsible for all this great videos I want to found a fan club for you:) But serious: who is fifi? I would really like to know
