Great reaction, next "fake plastic trees" live Glastonbury 2003

Just flicking through and saw karma police. I thought, wow, I knew a great song YEARS ago by that name. So I played this, and it's the same song! Thank you for reintroducing me to Karma Police!

Not sure people realise how relevant the lyrics to this song are to the times we are living in now

I think this may be the same Glastonbury performance where the sound problems were so bad (for the band) that Thom Yorke was just moments from walking off stage and "going home" until the guitarist whispered to him something which made him finish the set.

This song is Anthemic.

Epic performance and synergetic vibe with the audience. Always a fave to play with a band or solo.

Great reaction vid, can see you soaking it all in. Never fails to raise the hair on my arms. I remember an anecdote about this song: Radiohead performed it last at some huge venue, dead of night. They get up to the end, crowd singing along to Thom Yorke wailing "For a minute there, I lost myself!", and one by one the band members put down their instruments and leave the stage. Thom is the last to leave, and the crowd keep going with the stage empty. And then the stage lights go out, the crowd are there still singing "For a minute there, I lost myself!" in the dark before finally dispersing. Must have been a haunting experience, life-changing.

It would be interesting if you could follow that up with the live version of the same song from their 2006 Bonnaroo performance: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1hgXZAHonLs.html I believe, IMHO, it's their best live concert in terms of setlist & overall playing. With that said, I also think its the best live version of "Pyramid Song."

Got no idea why people want reactors to do lives in most cases- the audio is often bad or the words slurred etc. I bet harry understood less than half of this. Its fine for fans who know the songs- but when you DONT its not the best way to be introduced to them!
