Do In Rainbows album, thank me later. She will def enjoy that one more if she's into the more pop sound and drums. Still experimental but in a beautiful way

Punk Floyd. I didn't consider the 1990's a hugely enjoyable decade for my musical taste , however when this album came along in '97 it blew me away. And it still does to be honest. Essential for any Rock music lover. Love the reaction. Have a great day Jana and Nathan. 😍

This Album changed the World. It's so audaciously from another Planet, it transcends anything before it, including The Beatles entire catalogue. All the Top Album Magazine polls at the end of the last Millennium rated this newcomer, (released in 97) as the Greatest Of All Time. You can't call it "Prog" it stands alone for it is incomparable. It's not EMO it's simply OK Computer. I have listened to this Album over 500 times and it never fails to deliver. I saw it Live at Glastonbury in June 1997 and in Birmingham November 1997. If Albert Einstein, Steven Hawking, Michaelangelo, Vincent Van Gogh and Leonardo da Vinci formed a Music Band, then maybe they could come up with something close.

Hi Nathan & Jana. Dave from London here. This album was huge in the UK - number one in the charts - and Paranoid Android was a top three single. I bought OK Computer at the time, and played it endlessly. You're right that it has an overall feel, and the band's sound has much to do with Thom Yorke's singing - typical of a few alt rock bands at the time, like Michael Stipe in R.E.M. and Mark Hollis in Talk Talk. It was certainly experimental, but the follow up, Kid A, confused many as it went much further down the experimental path, dabbling in jazz and electronica. just out of interest, what are you staring at when listening to the song? I find that looking at stuff is a big distraction from the music. Considering music is just sound.
