@danijelap4240 sorry I didn't mention Novak, he is the greatest and I like him alot too. It's an age thing for me, I am same age as Roger so naturally watched him more. Novak is more than a tennis player, he is a man up courage and principle, much respect.

Very difficult to find a short list of words to describe Rafa, what he has meant to so many millions like me who have been overblown since he went onto a tennis court. The list of words could be never ending, so despite that retirement that surely none of us wanted to see, the only thing to say is “Long live the King and Long live Rafa”.

Exactly, Nadal is not the best player in history of tennis because of Djokovic appearance BUT Djokovic is the best player in tennis history because of his rivalry with Nadal (and to a second extent, Federer).

The greatest men's Grand Slam tennis player of all time. Rafa won 22 GS singles titles out of 68 entered (.324 GS singles titles W%). Novak 24/76 (.316 GS singles titles W%. Roger 20/81 (.247 GS singles titles W%). And Rafa has that best W% despite the fact that 3/4 of the GS are on courts that favored Novak and Roger. Rafa is also the greatest Davis Cup player of all time. And the greatest clay court player of all time. He was also the best role model... and the greatest fighter the game has ever seen.

Now Spanish tennis has the good hope that Alcaraz can eventually beat Djokovic and Nadal records. I'll tell you something, we are witnessing just the beginning of Alcaraz, he is inconsistent because of several issues, but he will overcome those issues and become like an unstoppable Beam of fire. I have to say I grew up never liking Rafa, I just didn't like his playstyle and was always for his opponents. Yet something you cannot take from him is that he is one of the players with the greatest human values. I mean the guy never broke a single racket just to name one thing. As I was always rooting for Federer or Djokovic, I'm so glad Nadal was here to bring great competition. This video was very emotional, I loved it Bye ! I'll miss you dearly, all the best for the future
