Rafael Nadal Was DESTROYING Everyone But Then Faced Novak Djokovic Rafael Nadal GOD Mode Nadal Australian Open Nadal Best Points Nadal vs Djokovic Nadal Djokovic Grand Slam Final Djokovic vs Nadal AO Final
yes but the name of the award should be BEST PLAYER OF THE YEAR and NOT SPORTMANSHIP AWARD because he had/have BAD attitude unlike Nadal and FEDERER who are loved by the public.
OMG you people stop with the attitude thing. It's because you are not used to people showing true feelings. That's how Slovans are. We do not pretend. @eddieromero3295
I’m from Roger Federer fans , I remembers how nadal steels so many cups from Roger , something like a magic when he return to the match and be the champ !! But now I see the revenge of nole all the Time - I love Djocovic ❤
@@GeroNimo-pk1fb Its not excuse. He literally played so little due to injury since 2017 and years between 2013 and 2017 he was half injured ever since he injured himself against Wawrinka in the AO final and didnt truly recover from it ever. His last RG win he literally played with a dead foot because he has to have so many injections. You are already ridiculous. His insane injuries are also the reason Roger somehow "solved Rafa" - he didnt, Rafa just cant play his game since 2013. The fact he still managed to win quite a bit when he plays just shows how weak this era is.
@@Dark_Voice it is an excuse. Nadal dismantles Tsitsipas he's on fire, Nadal gets schooled by Novak its because he was injured. As you mentioned with the dead foot, I think Nadal should dope even harder next time, otherwise he doesn't stand a chance against Novak. Maybe Nadal should also look up the word "longevity" in the dictionary because he clearly doesn't know what that is. This era is not weak btw you are deluding yourself.
That's an excellent observation. Rafa completely dominated on his way to the final and then he had to conquer the Everest 'Novak'. Rafa does the same thing to others at Roland Garros.
That was magnificent, watching NOLE in that phenomenal display of tennis at its very best was downright superb, memories are oh so delightful and NOVAK ecstasy on legs WOW WOW WOW.
love both these guys. they are the ones that allowed federer to show humility, shut up the gushing announcers, and the ones who made tennis worth watching last 15-20 years.
@waholoopesorry74 Are you serious right now. Nadal never lost a set in the Australian Open 2019, then Djokovic frickin beat the pulp out of him in the final, and you're telling me that he was injured, come on man.
Novak is way better on clay than Nadal is on hardcourts, 2 examples : - in the same period Nadal hasn’t even won a set on hc Against Novak , Novak beat Nadal 5 times on his beloved clay - Novak has won Rome masters 6 times and made the final 12 times , Nadal doesn’t even come close to any of those numbers on any hc tournaments
Djokovic gets defeated against Nadal only on clay but Nadal gets defeated with any player in hard courts... The percentage of both meetings in hc is less than clay.. Otherwise h2h will be more gap between them. Nole rocks 💪
so we're gonna ignore how Nadal and Nole are literally tied in US Opens and the reason Nole even tied him in US Opens is cus Nadal was injured in 2023, 5 Canada Masters how is that not close to 6 you're either delusional either slow. Also a lot of those Rome masters Nole won were due to the fact Nadal didn't play in majority of those that Djokovic won. Besides, Nadal has a way bigger domination on clay than Nole has ever had on hard it's not even comparable and Nadal and Djokovic were way closer on hard courts when both of them were in their primes which speaks for itself while Nole could never truly get close to Nadal on clay while Rafa was in good condition, while they were both in good condition. It's js Nadal has lacked consistency on hard ever since he got older, but if you compare their prime versions there is a much much smaller gap on hard than it is on clay and you know that yourself but you cherry pick some tournaments to make an "argument" that not only is fallacious, it's also really dumb😹😹 and I js showed you why.
First of all pls try to understand what hard courts are and then argue. Hc is not only playing in us open or Canada open. It includes all master series and other atp 500 tournaments. Nole has won a record multiple times of all the master series where Nadal can't achieve that feat a single time. He has also never won atp finals. During their last phase, Nadal struggles to win a single set against nole and pls don't forget grass records as well where that makes him far better than Nadal. Pls check the fact from all aspects instead of biased one
@@mohamedaktharulameen6967 if you meant to reply to me calling mr biased is really ironic😂I never said only those two hard courts matter nor did I imply it but seems like some meatriders lack literacy, I was using those two to give a contradiction of what the oc said ab Nadal not having any hard court title over Nole which is false😂On the other hand Djokovic doesn't have any clay title over Nadal so "Djokovic on hard>Nadal on clay" is again false. Please realise what I'm arguing instead of cherry picking words and exagerrate their meaning in order to counter argument, that's a strawman fallacy.
I'll be the first to admitt, I don't like Djokovic but he is Kryptonite to Nadal at his best, he negates his strengths and exposes his weaknesses better than nearly anyone, and the few times Rafa was able to hang with him ... for the longest time Djokovic was THE only one who could go the distance with him.
Novak is simply a purer talent than Rafa in every aspect of the game. A purer ball striker, mover, server and has a smarter tennus brain. He sees the court like a geometric puzzle and uses EVERY inch of it to push his opponents from side to side, front to back and in Rafa's case, using his own power against him in the process. His insane hand eye coordination simply allows him to turn the screw on his opponents, by taking the ball incredibly early and moving like a cat dancing around their pray. 🐐
lmao, Nadal played very bad here but Novak was good. Novak is more technically correct but not more talented since Nadal is playing with his non nature hand, imagine the talent then. Definitely not higher tennis iq as well. Look at their volleys and it will tell u enough.
@@lukadordevic1718 The biggest pure talent is Roger. Rafa is not even close to him. But the Goat is Novak - the most titles and the toughest mentality. And Rafa is the king of clay, running lots but of the 3 BIG the weakest. 22 Grand Slams but 14 French Open. ONLY 8 on grass or hard...
Great returning by djokovic he put pressure on nadals serve and gave him zero chance on his serve. His service game was at its absolute best. Nadal us one of the better returners and he gave away so many aces. The serving performance of nole would've made federer proud
Definitely one of the worst match in Rafa's career but bro doesn't forget anything. He makes Nole tastes his own medicine in RG 2020 and completed his revenge!!
Revenge should be done on the same court and in the same tournament, buddy. Nadal could not avenge Melbourne's defeat in Melbourne. As for Novak, he avenged his defeat in 2020 Roland Garros final when he beat Nadal immediately at 2021 Roland Garros, eliminating him from the semi-finals winning the title. This is the big difference between Djoko and Nadal. Djoko beats Nadal in Melbourne and in Paris, but Nadal can only beat Djoko in Paris and just on clay
Roger actually dominated Novak for the first part of their careers. Novak never had Roger's number until Roger was passed thirty. Even after that, Roger played some really close matches against him, like in the Wimbledon final, in 2019,when Roger was 37, and held two match...and I'm a Novak fan....but give roger credit
I disagree. you haven't seen feds or nadals best tennis most of the 2010s. This was a masterclass from Novak for sure but if some of the shots on the lines didn't go novaks way he could've been struggling. He played some excellent shots and he knew that if he kept his level the match would be his in 3 sets. If Nadal had got a set in I'm sure novaks level would've dropped.
When you see an Outclass Master using his expertise, you testimony a flawless momentum of art! or, when you see something complex simply looks like a easy thing, that is “The Serbinator”.
Also Nadal hit flatter which made it easier for Djokovic on fast hard courts like AO to return his shots with the power he did.Nadals strength was looping top spin which Djokovic already played well but flatter shots from Nadal enabled him to hit winners
Nadal was playing soooo good. I really thought he had a chance vs the King of Hard court. But nope. No1e destroyed him easily😮Good video!!! King of hard court x king of clay. 6x3, 6x2, 6x3. He must be happy to win 7 games. What Tsitipas would say about it.
#GraciasNovak for putting a stop to the bullying #Toro from Spain. #NovakGOAT the rest are not good enough. Great efforts and accomplishments #Federer and #Nadal... But the Best of All Time is: #NovakDjokovic The Pride of #Serbia and the idol of those that appreciate top quality tennis based on skills, athleticism, strategy and class. #BravoNovak!
Nadal's heavy looping topspin shots, especially his forehand, are actually a disadvantage against Djokovic, who plays the angles better than Nadal and can hit with less loop and thus more direct. Nadal's heavy topspin shots, even if hit at sharp angles, often land short and always bounce high enough to give Djokovic a chance to be closer to the baseline and force Nadal further behind it. Simply observed, a much higher percentage of Nadal's groundstrokes land around the service line whereas more of Djokovic's land deeper, closer to the baseline.
Actually if you look at the multitude of winners being produced by Djokovic, you will notice that Nadal gave him the balls that were neutral, so Novak went for a winner. But Novak was able to stretch Nadal on almost every ball, so Nadal couldn't hit winners or return aggressively. Nadal goes for percentage play, Novak has the ability to hit the ball where it can create maximum damage.
What year is this AO? i think Nadal Age shows on this match... for me the best match was Nadal vs Djokovic Roland Garros 2012 both young players on their prime
I saw that many people in comment section are supporting djokovic but they forgot Nadal won latest match when he defeated djokovic at French Open quarter final 2022.which proves that: NADAL IS GOAT
Rafa was so injured, even his eyes were injured, he hit the air instead of the ball and then wandered what is going on with his sight. Bad Novak. Bad bad Novak, playing with an injured Rafa. Shame on you.
Come on nadal was injured in the final... *wink* Seriously though. Nadal is only great on clay and the stats show it. He has won a stonking 70% of his GS there.
Some of the unreal.shots from this match never have been showed in official highlights or compilations, tennis is really poor showcasing the best shots and plays, of they did a better work tennis would be more popular cause they would see the extend of talent, skill, strategy and atleticism theu have
Nadal made many mistakes in the final because he was nervous.Nole would have probably won anyways but pre final nadal would have at least won a set.The fact that djokovic did not make any mistake in the match was also because he knew Nadal didn't believe in himself.
Tmi really doubt that a guy like Nadal would be nervous, he became anxious and desperté as the Match went on cause Novak was locked in since the first point, he didn't have time to gain confidence thought the Match cause Novak closed every opportunity he had, in this highlighst You can see some great points from Nadal and some great rallies that he blasted everything he could, it was just Novak being too good that day
@@diegosotomiranda4107 nah man apart from clay Nadal clearly suffered Djokovic mentally his last years, but this Is not to Say that Nadal would have beaten Djokovic more,It's just that i feel that he could have at least taken a set from Novak in this last 10 years on hc....
And yeah Nadal made some highlight reel shots but I remember the match and he was not able to sustain rallies for even a few shots, which is not very much in Rafa's style. This happened both because Novak was finishing them sooner and because he himself made many silly mistakes.
After defeating Roger Federer many times in clay and then in grass and hard courts, Nadal and his team were thinking oh that is it , we gonna break all records and gonna be the most grand slams and masters winners in the history. Then, in 2011 , Novak appeared and destroyed them all. Even Nadal's coach said , "we prefer facing Roger Federer over Novak ." Look how cowardly these words are . Life is justic , whatever you do , you will get it back. What Nadal did to Federer , Novak did double to Nadal and took everything from them , Grand slam, masters , H2H and most weeks as No.1
and mind you there are 4 grand slam and and only 1 clay ct grandslam .. if there was fifth grand slam that was a clay .. probably. nadal would have had 30 grand slams
2:21 Tsitsipas was insanely destroyed by a guy who was unbelievable destroyed in the next match Roddick got six games as well in ao 2007 semis against Federer, but Roger then won the final really easily SO PROBABLY DJOKOVIC WOULD HAVE WON 6-0 6-0 6-0 against TSITSIPAS IF THEY FACED EACH OTHER
