How do you attach barbed wire? There are slots for barbed wire in the walls, but I can't find a way to attach it

the mod is great! =) and I want to play with it, but there are problems: 1. I build a foundation, and the next section of the hologram does not give a choice of placement next to it, or falls into the ground, or gives to build only in one place, where I do not need (scroll or character movements do not help rahpomite in another place) 2. objects (crates, furniture, barrels) are placed only in the center of one section of the foundation. please help with this=)
