I begin my day listening to you. And my day always go well. You make the sitar almost human. It could well be some divine being humming, and not wood and strings. Thank you Roopa for reviving this beautiful instrument. Kids in India don't know what a sitar is. But you give me hope that this music will live.

If you have passed some time in India during a rainy season, you will immediately connect with this raag and be in a different world altogether that is the power of this music, this raag, this sitar player and accompanying tabla player. Excellent!
