I was badly attacked by a neighbor in my old apartment busted my skull open with a gun with the handle of the gun known as pistol whip. I didn't do anything to him I open the door and he jumped on me and attacked me in front of my little boy at the time. he didn't spend one day in jail. Charges were dropped! The guy goes after him and since Charlie, like all bullies, is also a coward, he then retreats to a store and asks them to call the cops, most of whom are his pals (or so he thinks), knowing that he will probably be able to convince them that he is the aggrieved party here (seeing as he is on very chummy terms with the Manchester City PD) thus getting that poor guy into deep trouble.
