It was admittedly fun to see all of the rage because it’s essentially fighting yourself.

I have never seen you rage officially so as soon as I saw this I clicked it faster than the speed of light to see what it looks like.

I enjoyed this compilation and I like that you were still able to laugh despite the frustration. You deserved that victory hot dog.

What I find interesting about this battle is that it starts out...fun, I guess? It gets frustrating after some time, of course, but after another period of time, it starts being fun again as you learn the patterns and how to act in each phase. By the time you're actually about to beat Agent 3, you're either fueled solely by the exhilaration of knowing most of his/her tricks, or running on fumes and fury, desperately trying to get in those last hits. Regardless, the moment when you finally get that last hit brings with it a sigh of happy relief.

This is one of the most rage causing bosses Nintendo has made

I remember that I had to miss this stream cause I was on my way for Anime Midwest, and BWA and Kristina told me they were still modding the stream while they got to the hotel XD just daaaaang dude XD I havn't seen you get this rage since probably the puzzles in Breath of the Wild dlcs and Hiznoall. But you did it! and I think a golden toothpick is waaaay better than a golden pile of poop.

I was laughing so hard, i almost choked on my apple! But this reminds me of when i was at OMGCon this year and played Splatoon 2 for the first time, and i raged SO MUCH, my makeup almost ran! XD

I wanted to dig my brain out with a spoon once i realised that the reward for beating this boss (which took unbelievably long) wasn't worth the time

I always make sure to watch rage videos after I finish the game, definitely a good idea this time

When I was watching the stream, I could tell that you were starting to laugh out of pure insanity. When you were told the tip about the panic splashdown after it happened, I could tell that you just snapped. Not looking forward, yet looking forward to doing a blind Let’s Play of Octo.

I still remember that stream I stayed their the whole time and it was worth it.

It’s interesting to see how different people approach this boss as it greatly determines how fast you beat it, as a couple people beat it REALLY quickly

What I remember most is when he was about to kill her and then she did her panic splashdown killing him but the whole thing was funny

Do NOT feel bad. This fight took me some time and I am in S+6 Apparently I didn’t rage as hard as some others though. I now wear the pin proudly and it is actually useful to me through the special charge up. Them babies though. Some of them splatted me from far outside of their range, enough to make a figure 8 out of the two explosions. In short good work.

When I was trying to beat inner agent 3 it made me feel like I was one of the octoling NPC's trying to kill the Player in the splatoon 1 campaign

after i finished this fight i just went to ultra sun and played with my pokémons for hours and probably will never come back to splatoon 2 (until 3 of course)

im still fighting this boss unlocked it last night. ive gotten to the three splatdowns a lot. god cant they just give us CHECKPOINTS

Rage...it's the work of a yokai! It's tunatic!

I think the fight would have been better if inner agent 3 would use the specials from splatoon 1.

Most of the time I reach phase 3-5 but I always die around those phases. I hope I finish this boss off too sometime. Things I noticed: phase one can either be the easiest or the hardest, you can still shoot the inkjet. Phase two: just don’t be near the bubbles, during the special they are somewhat distracted using their special this counts for 2-3 Phase 3: just hope you don’t lose armor and avoid those stupid autobombs at all costs. Phase 4: dodge auto bomb, don’t be close to the UFO and dodge the tenta strikes, throwing bombs is the way to kill them. Final phase: the circular object can be used to dodge the splashdowns after the final splashdown they are able to be shot before they move, After the splashdowns it’s basically phase one without the inkjet. Hope this kinda helps.
