Since we're at the end of my playthrough of Rage Racer, I figured I would show off all cars and their tuned up versions through each grade. Enjoy the rides! ;)

Thank you for this throwback in time. I used to play this game with a friend on PS1 when i and him where arround 11-12 years old. We loved it and where glued to the screen. I lost sight of him a long time ago and i`m now 36, but when i see this game i vividly remember him and the times i visited him.

I really miss all the hidden racing gems on PS1 as well. And Rage Racer is one of so many of them.

2024 here after the trailer of LoveLive Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Season 4 Trilogy Movies! All cars in Rage Racer, all looked perfect, gorgeous, and very fast especially when upgraded to CLASS 5!

1:33 I’ve just realized that Danver and Lizard are the same manufacturer. Apparently between the PS1 era of Ridge Racer and RR6 they changed their name. The Hijack appears in RR6 and 7 under the manufacture name Danver, and to be honest it works better as a name

They aren't. They're two different American manufacturers in the Ridge Racer Universe. The lore basically states that Lizard went bankrupt and so a number of their assets were bought/sold off to other manufacturers. With a number of their cars being bought/owned now by "Danver" and "Lucky & Wild.". A similar thing happened to Rivelta when Soldat bought the company within the Ridge Racer lore. Both the Meltfire and Raggio are spiritual successors of the Mercurio and Rivelta respectively.

@@DatOneCatthe Soldat Meltfire in RR7 looks very similar to F430 2006 as well.

For me my favourite cars in Rage Racer are all Class 6 Cars including Lizard Bulldog and Assoluto Istante.

Honestly, I haven't really kept up with some newer games, but I agree. I like the menu in here.

@@DaveyLeeSmity27 years after RAGE RACER first came out, its still an underrated yet, very unforgotten masterpiece! I really wish the Assoluto Squaldon and Age Vanquire both made an appearance in GT7.
