Hi mam, I made ragi batter as per your instructions, skipped rice. But idly was very soft. We liked it. This recipe is fixed in our menu. Thank you mam😊😊
I tried them 2 days ago and it came out soo well. I grinded using a mixer, but instead of rice I added poha. It fermented so well. Made around 12 dosas. Next time I wanna try idly and I will let you know the update soon 😍
This recipe is just wow! Tried Ragi dosa many times. But today I tried Ragi idli which was so fluffy and soft. As always with Neeru Mam's recipes, the exact measurements worked so well. Thank you so much for giving us wonderful healthy recipes. Keep inspiring us to cook more and lead a healthy lifestyle mam!

Tried this ultimately healthy recipe... The idli was fluffy and the dosai crisp and soft. Thank you so much for the effort you put in to get us such amazing recipes. And the best part was grinding it happened in a jiffy with well soaked ragi and ulundu. Can't thank you enough . Keep up the amazing work !

Nutritious recipe!Beautiful colour of the batter. Rice potta batter fantastic ka ferment ahi irukku. Raw rice or idly puzhungal rice? do we have to soak the rice too for six hours?. In the grinder, for rice idly, we grind the batter for atleast 35 to 40 mins.Do we have to grind this batter too for 35 to 40 mins?
It's cooked rice. Whatever you regularly eat.I didn't mention that to be soaked 😊 Grinding time is not mentioned because each grinder has its own strength and speed. It is also proportionate to the quantity you add. So follow how you do for yours to get idly consistency. And thanks btw
I made Ragi dosa with the exact measurements mentioned in the video (My hubby loves Ragi dosa, this recipe video and your stories in Instagram inspired me to try :) ).
