@@hazamahonoka7439 your focus on the the ONE part of their kit that is different. Styles make fights, Sol and Ragna fight the same. From their basic attacks to their super attacks. Even their OD attacks are similar in terms of visual appearance. Since you’re a smash bros player, SOL is a swordsman with a specific fighting style. Ragna is the same type of swordsman but his neutral special has life steal rather than fire properties. You’re basically adding sfv Ken to Street fighter when you already have Ken. Yeah you can, but it doesn’t add anything to the game. BB has so many more interesting styles to add, why would Arc bring the most similar? From a consumer standpoint it makes no sense, and from a fighting gamer perspective it definitely makes no sense. Styles make fights, and fighting is the only reason to be here. Yeah the casuals will say I love the story, but after they eventually get stomped out online, who’s left?
@@savagehyphen01 Man, the brother games have never had a collaborative crossover and with Guilty Gear including a guest character for the first time I just feel like it could’ve finally happened and that’s what I would have preferred. I like the idea and don’t really mind that Ragna and Sol play similarly.

I don't know how anybody could take a look at Dizzy's design in STRIVE and say "well, I sure wished Blazblue characters were on this dumbed-down game made for weed smokers who complain about boobs and butt on videogames 36 hours a day". I mean, Ragna wouldn't be affected by that, but I prefer Blazblue to stay buried than to be exposed to this poisonous sun.
I never saw anyone in the guilty gear community complain about boobs and butts so the character got a new design that probably reflect who they are right now in the story I am sure that they wont just change a character design for nothing. but if you don't like strive in general thats fine you got your reasons to not like it and I respect that

I knew this comment makes me sound like the biggest whining manbaby on the level of Chris-chan complaining about the color of Sonic's arms, but the truth is that I would be lying if I watched the trailer and said "oh well, this is totally fine". She doesn't even look like Dizzy at all dude. It was made for a different kind of whiny manbaby.
