In Taokaka's 'Dream', she wanted her village to be able to eat, nap, and play as much as they want. To make sure they live a peaceful, idyllic life. In one of the dream images in her Arcade Mode in Central Fiction, she's peacefully napping with several Kaka Kittens. Ragna is a bit off-screen, chilling with them and smiling. Taokaka may be the only person in the world who is willing to give Ragna a place to call home, when no one else wanted him. *THAT* is a friend.
Ragna wasn't raised by a cat. He was raised by *the* cat. Specifically, the cat that is the genetic basis for the entire Kaka clan, so there's a good chance that anything that the Kaka clan considers tasty might be something that tickles Jubei's taste buds too,. Also, ISTR that Jubei's supposed to be a good cook and taught Ragna how to cook too.
I wish they would add Tao but at the same time because there's no drive attack button...how the hell is someone going to use Tao's dash thing? [Same goes with other characters like Bullet ;×;]

Probably one of the only people who while nuts, is actually genuinely nice to him, unlike a certain robot there with a strange issue of over-attachment
Pros: sweet Kaka woman taking care of you. Cons: while tasty, presentation is key. And she's not even trying to disguise literal garbage she's feeding you.
To be fair, she's REALLY dumb. And it isn't even completely her fault. Then again, how simple she is makes her one of the few Ragna can relax around, as she isn't smart enough to have underlying motives.
In terms of cooking, far better than Noel's as far as I heard. It may not look right, but is edible if not tasty. An opposite to Noel's concealed food of doom.
Major LeeHung Yes and she's a delicious anime brown girl. Too bad you never get to see the rest. Only time I've seen anything more is a bust chart shown in, I think Makoto's segment of 'Help Me, Professor Kokonoe!' (Which was in... Chrono Phantasma, I think?)
Tao's one of the funniest characters in the series, as well as one of the nicest, and definitely the most simple-minded. She's the only person who would give Ragna a place to call home, if he wanted it. She's just that much of a bright light. So obviously, with the darker moments in the series, she appears less often.
