i want his 1 cooldwon reduced and make the pools maybe a bit bigger (2.5 ft), make them 25s duration and the pools after using ability or ult or 3 have not 5s duration but maybe 7.5, i would also love max clouds buff to like 11 (this way he could be a real support not a bruiser/ weak assasin) with this durations, range and cooldown of clouds he could control the battlefield like a WORLD serpent, imagine going into fg and a jorm uses ult, makes 3 pools, uses his 1, using his 3 to summon 2 more clouds (this alone is 6 clouds) than after maybe 6s with full cdr next cloud, with gem of iso, this would be great OR just make clouds last longer, shorten their cooldown and make his clouds affect him, maybe for each cloud on the battlefield he gets 2.5% movement speed and 10 power, and make his basic attack deal 2 more md per tick with every cloud nad make that he can have 10 clouds at a time = 25% movement speed, 1000 power and bonus 20 dmg per tick (with all 10 clouds) than make his clouds deal less dmg but short their cooldwon nicely (like 8 seconds)

Because it was the final reward in that event. Now that the event is over, the skin costs the amount of the total event.
