Pros: 1. Higher Survivability 2. Higher Rate to Penetrate Saitama Passive 3. Abuses Longer Range Higher Damage Concept 4. Adaptive Damage since output relies on Element as well 5. Utilizes Handbook DMG%, any Attack+ deposits Cons: 1. Lower killing ability than SP SH since you also invest on Flee & Crit Res 2. Many factors to consider for efficient damage output compared to SP SH 3. Handbook Dependent 4. Too many reductions That's all I can think of right now.
