Can do a video on the hyper return event for low lvl. It says it contains gold equipment? Also how to fully achieve that gold equip. Thankyou

You need to finish the cumulative quest that requires you to get diamonds in the game. Essentially, that quest requires you to top up in the game. I'm only an F2P so I can't really complete that quest.

None, you can grind 24/7 in ROX without any penalty.

Where are you from? Currently the game is only available in 3 regions, specifically in South East Asia, Taiwan, and Korea.

If you are playing in the new servers, then the Hyper Journey Event is not yet available on those servers. Even in the Taekwon Server, that event is not yet available.
