The COP and their Reports should be invalidated. Imagine TCJ, at the material time that the PAP was aware of the Xaffair, can chaired the committee of privileges in the RK case against honorable Pritam Singh? How to Trust the PAP?
And at the time, because his extra-marital affairs are known by the sec-gen of PAP, i believe there is a potential conflict of interest where he might felt obliged, as the Chair of COP, steer the investigations towards incriminating Pritam, being leader of the Opposition party... I believe Speaker of Parliament is chosen as he is supposed to be non-partisan, but anyone would find it hard to be if a Party is in possession of incriminating information on himself... The above is all purely my own personal opinion.

However, their findings are not criminal charges in themselves. The primary concern is whether parliamentary standards were upheld. Raesah have to be careful, if she is found lying to the COP, she can be charged again. Personally I don't think they have a case against pritam.
How can Rahayu oversee and agree to the redaction(ommission) of the original message(material facts) before submitting to COP based on this video? This would have greatly modify and change the meaning and material facts of the conversation. Similarly, in murder case, we do not want anybody to tamper with the evidence before police arrive.....Someone was playing dirty?

As you say that Loh is a better liar and the whole 🔨WP team are good at it, then why the majority of voters in the Aljunied GRC give him and his team a strong mandate in every General Election since day 1 when he first won over Aljunied GRC from PAP Geroge Yeo and funny thing is that during the last GE back in 2020, the 🔨WP manage to maintenance a huge margin win in Aljunied GRC and even won over the Sengkang GRC and the Hougang single constituency. 👍👍👍👏👏😄😁😆😂🤣 I won't be surprise that the up coming GE, the🔨WP may win again on a new GRC or a SMC. I believe voters over at West Coast GRC, know about the infamous case of their previous member Iswaran and voters over at Tampiness GRC knows about their member Cheng's "💕😘 Love" story, it will be a great opportunity for the🔨WP if they were to contest in this two GRC. 😆😂🤣

@@1965SingaporeanYour IQ is the one that is low if you can not see there is a conflict of interest when the Speaker of the House is having a secret affair with a sitting MP. He is supposed to be impartial to all MPs. It is not possible when he is in her pants.
