Corrections: You need 8 ranks to win (not 10). Sparkly affinity is called "celestial." Players earn rank in the order damage is dealt. So if multiple would reach rank 8 at the same time, the one who dealt damage first wins. (Room damage happens first, so affinity does come into play there).
