I'm so interested in this type of astrology however I'm finding a hard time relating to my birth chart. I have Ketu in Libra first house and Rahu in Aries in the 7th. Im nowhere near competitive and my aggressive nature is more passive and I don't do physical altercation. I prefer words and coming to a conclusion. Same here my dear!! But Aggressiveness can come in two different way, through speech or through physical contact. Trust me like you said I also use words , but very aggressively when I need to. But I mostly stick to Passive aggressiveness
Hello I have this placement but different houses, I know you have to check out other aspects, planets etc in your birth chart, but basically it's not about you being a dangerous aggressive person, it is more about finding your real self, developing your individuality, your identity, that's why you have Aries there to give you that strength necessary when you are going to start something. 7th house is the sign of other. So your ketu in 1st house is just more defining of your personality, other people will tend to be aggressive... dominating is probably a better word. At least on a mental level, rahu is a very mentalized planet... Rahu tends to be seen as obsessed and almost demonic after all is said and done, whereas people tend to idealize and mourn over ketu, especially earlier in life. Rahu / ketu are full of contradictions. I've known another person with ketu in libra in the ascendant who was very passive, almost like she had been brought into submission by the dominating wills of people. Libra is known for being fairly submissive though.
I have Rahu in Aries in 11th house ... and guess what... I'm not aggressive at all... and that's the problem :) It is not in conjunction with any planet. Maybe I don't follow my path? or should I be aggressive? or it means my Ketu is much stronger?
Winning at all costs is more like Scorpio than Aries. Scorpio needs to win in order to hold on to power whereas Aries needs to restore peace and justice (Libra) in order to preserve self respect: the motivation is different.

@@paulinerebel845 That's an interesting idea. I think the hero fits the Aries ideal but I'm less sure that antagonism is a good fit for Scorpios myself. I think they are inflexible because they're very focused on themselves and they are protecting themselves first and foremost. Those that I've known are not naturally antagonistic but they tend to wait and see if a situation is safe or advantageous and, if it's not, they won't give in or give up until it's resolved to their advantage. That's not being antagonistic imo but it is very self centered for fear of losing or getting hurt.

That's a very aggressive combination.. Assuming you're using the correct ayanamsa (not tropical), rahu in aries expresses through mars. So mars modifies the placement. Lets say your Mars is in capricorn ... well, you won't be as much of a physical fighter, since that is against the rules. You would be more of... fighting others in society and fighting to climb the ladder of career, status and so fourth. Also if you have it in .... some distant house. You might actually perceive others this way, say it's in the 7th house. So you have to use your brain to interpret the placement, basically.
How does this manifest if Aries rules the 7th house? A bit perplexed as to how this translates- if the house of the other is ruled by the house of self with Rahu, the asteroid of one's path?
