This is the most accurate description of rahu in the 6th house that I have ever seen...I have always attracted so many problems and enemies even though i am someone who doesn't like trouble...people for some reason always start trouble with me...even though I win over them most of the time it's still not worth it because its stressful.

Spot on - I have Scorpio rising with Rahu in 6th (and Ketu in 12th). Am middle aged and have sen a LOT in life, and I can see the truth to this: kept and still keep on fighting competition and overcoming obstacles, and its has not yet stopped (around 50 yrs of my age). Now if this Rahu is in Aquarius and Lord of 6th is placed in 8th And Lagna Lord is debilitated in 12th with Sun what would be the effects of this Rahu in Sun Mahadasha and Rahu Antardasha...?

With court cases example you mentioned.. I think I have sort of answer actually this is to do with 3rd house if we have malifics, it gives initiative to get in conflicts at first place vs rahu in say 6th house wins over competition. If we have something beneficial in 3rd house then that makes you bit lazy to get into conflicts or you get in conflicts only when its essential.

NO MATTER WHERE IT IS... i am on the 7th year of the rahu 6th md . Nothing happens, i haven't seen any enemy, my nature is not at all competitive, i let others win over me weather its fight or argument or competition. Rahu gives all of sudden , ha ha not at all, everything goes wayyyy to slow even during rahu md. Life sure becomes very gloomy and sick. All the fun related things dont even entertain you anymore.
