I made a raidraptor deck because I like the artwork of a lot of the xyz cards and now I'm watching loads of videos trying to learn how to play it, not the simplest of combo's :D
Hope you guys enjoyed the video! What are your guys thoughts about the Raidraptor archetype? Considering it can provide a good endboard and a potential to OTK your opponents I'd say it's pretty decent at best. I'm hoping to create a Dragon Links engine version of the deck in the future, since I heard it's way better than playing just pure.
I've never seen a dragon link raidraptor deck, but it must be insane, a lot of comboing tools available, it could be like spright where you don't know when to use your hand traps
I’ve built a dragon link variation with a bunch of lvl 4 extenders and quick launch is a one card kaliyuga field so pretty op and not that bricky if u open rokket tracer it’s still full combo if u have one other extender
Ahhh raidraptor, my first deck when I started play master duel. Not gonna lie, the whole reason Im using raidraptor deck is because I love the character in the anime, who always acusse people as a spy, and most of the time he was correct.
Nice work Zed I gave up using Cyber Dragon Infinity in Raidraptors as it rarely made an appearance & I would have to go out of my way to summon it if I could I know Kali-Yuga can win games by itself if you successfully summon it but it makes the deck very one note. It’s also made Raidraptors kinda hard to play as anyone who is familiar with that play will automatically assume you are doing the same & will probably surrender immediately even if you don’t have it. That was one of the biggest reasons I stopped using my Raidraptors for awhile Hopefully Raidraptors get some new support eventually. Maybe a Rank 9 or 11 Xyz monster or even some Pendulum monsters with both good Pendulum & monster effects?
Hoping that the new support for Raidraptor is a spell card that summons Raidraptors from the deck or hand, since the archetype relies on having one dark monster on the field and they have no other way to summon themselves besides Normal summoning, and yeah more XYZ boss monsters for the archetype XD
Well I got some good news for all of you chums, Raid Raptors just got the BIG ONE, new spell that gives draws and searches, you Raptors to easy summon and searcher too, new XYZ extender, new Rank Up that summons any Rank by using 2 or 3 XYZ monsters from the field or GY that equals the sum of it. Oh and the big bird themselves, a Rank 13 (I don't like that it's that number, I'm fine with 12s), and oh boy you need to check it out.
I'm am very interested in raidiraptors especially since the new support was announced but in master duel how does the deck fair against kash? Like does my deck just stop with arise heart just standing there
Also with the deck it’s very bricky so id cut it to 40 cards and either remove ash/max/evenly and add more extenders also id cut nest and zephos cuz I find them bricky as well
Oh yeah good observation, keep forgetting that the trap is also a DARK monster, and yeah right now I cut the deck to 40 cards, and removed an Ash. I stick on having 3x evenly considering today's meta are Labrynth and Kashtira and I keep facing them all the time
c'est tard mais pour ceux qui passeraient par là, faites attention aux conditions des cartes, certaines ne permettent plus l'invocation d'autres cartes, ici tes deux cartes ne sont pas des bêtes ailées ou des raidraptors, tu as dû jouer Raidraptor - Fuzzy Lanius.
I dont know why ppl use ultimate falcon effect after summon.. if its have material it burn enemy 1000 per turn.. only use its effect to "dark rule no more" and finish game
We use it to detach Arsenal Falcon, so that Gagagaga Magician to call it from the GY and be able to summon Kali Yuga next turn, but to be fair we don't have to always use Arsenal Falcon's effect so we get an extra material for Ultimate Falcon
No lie there, I know that Rokkets can create a one-card combo with almost the same endboard as this or maybe even better! I'll be making a rokket version next time!
Sharks are depressing, the only "good" card is abyss shark and the rank up play of nash night> cxyz nash knight is the only real power. There is also kragens/kragen spawn xyz but the power level of stuff is insane atm. U can also spend 5 extra deck cards bringing out UDF using bahamut/rank 3 xyz > full armored black ray lancet> mini udf> actual udf. Udf and silent honor dark are 9 cards in ED for 2 interactions, even if u cut out utopic draco future silent honor dark is not strong enough to carry the game on its own sadly. Deck needs either recovery or 2 more 'abyss shark' quality cards, like an actual starter and definitely extenders/grind. I really really tried them, normal summon> get ashed> end or even going turn 2 is just depression.
