Really like your deck list but doesn’t it feel too bricky with 15 non engine in 41 cards? I tried to play it like that but I prefer 12 non engine just because i hate losing by bricking

I never found it too bricky. Usually opening 1-2 non engine and 2 engine is enough. The idea is the 6th card for going second is much higher chance to be engine so if you maximize non engine you'll see more going second in your opening hand, which you need this format
