People talked about her attitude, but I personally admire how straight forward she is and I respect how talented she is. It's a good idea to witness her as she is and listen to every voice in her! & I LOVE THIS AUTHENTIC SONG!

I don't think she had a bad attitude or anything. She's just super straightforward and probably not socially skilled (she lacks some self-awareness). She didn't mean to be annoying. I think she's too honest, idealistic, vocally expressive for everyone else to relate/take her seriously.
Parez Morris I know she has such potential and I love Cheryl, but when she was calling her annoying I was thinking, she was being annoying by not giving her a chance and saying that.
This song reminds me a lot of the loss of my mother last year due to cancer, sung from her perspective in her dying days. Like you, my mother was interpreted to have a somewhat prickly personality. Even though this affected my relationship with her, I always sensed she had a soft heart. Like you, she had written some poetry / prose that showed me just how sensitive and insightful she really is. I think she just struggled to express herself in person. I wished I could have seen my mother's loving side more. But this is helping me come to terms with losing her, and is helping me understand her much better. Thank you so much for this gift. It's as if she's communicating with me from beyond.
Your mother loves you. Nobody can take that away- she will always be your mother. No mother can forget her children. You will reunite when it's time for that. If you can feed homeless people in her name/ something- it WILL benefit her up there. I don't know what your belief system is but within you she LIVES my dear. Rozh 9995 Cheryl didnt like her because she was boring as a performer and as a person. yes this video is not boring as such but a live performance is different to a music video and the truth is she isn't the best of singers.
I can tell how she took the judges advice and came back a star. I can totally identify with Raign and I cant help but really enjoy her music. Its coming from a really authentic place. the dancers were great in the video! i really love how this came out! best of luck Raign!

Its different here, there is obviously some autotune but her technique is different, instead of forcing out that awful vibrato and hugh notes shes letting her vocals relax and sing it softly

Raign is the very example that people judge far too much without even knowing (in the field or not). I am a singer (unprofessional) and I know that any singer can make bad notes. And I believed in her when I saw her at the audition. I knew she was talented. When to her so-called attitude, she was a little too insistent? I think it was justified. Look who she is today. She was right to insist because she is really talented unlike the three (except Louis. Simon?) Who thought otherwise. Bravo !! ☺ Revenge ! 😁😂
It upsets me so many people hate her based on cheryl's opinion (and lets be real if she hadn't said that no and added the "she's so annoying" comments WHILE SHE WAS SINGING a lot of people wouldn't comment all that negative stuff) i'm happy for you raign, the song, you voice-amazing.
