So far, the Railer products I’ve used have been top notch 👍

I’ve been looking at these style of bit holders for a bit now and the Railer ones caught my eye. Glad to see you did a review on them!

I have the first and second models shown. The first one is by far my favorite. The second one (silver and color stripes) is awful, lost many bits and the collets fail quickly and literally fall off the bit holder. I'll try the third model (railer?).

If you want to use it as a bit driver with the 1" bits, the Railers are definitely really nice & hard to beat. As I carry a ratcheting stubby driver, I actually ended up going with the Vessel ones (specifically the QB-10MB3K for the little magnet pad that comes built into the belt holster; alternately QB-10B3K for the holster sans magnet). They don't play nicely with 1" bits due to that extra feature (I guess we'll call it that?) that the second set you showed has where the bit will sink deeper if pushed. For me luckily, non-issue because all the bits I put in the holders are long power bits with the dimple (they're only compatible with dimpled power bits). If you use more power bits than 1", you honestly can't really go wrong with Vessel. They also have the carabiner/keychain style bit holders and also have a ball grip style holder (QB-22) which is actually ergonomically designed to be used as a bit driver if needed. Can't really go wrong with the Railers, definitely can't go wrong with Vessels. A hair more on the expensive side at $11 per holder, but it's all down to personal use case.

i have 3 sets of cheap the ones, they are all coming apart after 6 months of use. i have ordered 3 sets of the railer, hopefull they are more heavy duty. time will tell

Great detailed video as usual, it’s shame we can’t get these here over in the UK.

I like the rubber holders but the ones that lock in looks like it would be too much fiddling around to get it out. That's just my opinion for what I do for a living.
