(May 26 - June 6, 2024)
On May 26, I was out in Duluth to see one train, NS 058, a loaded military train that carried Humvees and other military vehicles. Along with NS 058, I saw two other trains in Duluth: NS 240 with the usual BNSF power (before seeing NS 058), and NS 154 with a Union Pacific C45ACCTE trailing 2nd (after seeing NS 058).
One week later on June 4, I went back to Duluth and saw another NS 240. The next day, June 5, I went to the Abbeville (Dacula) for a tad bit and left after five minutes because nothing was lined. I went to Buford instead and saw two trains: NS 44R and NS 240. After hearing that the NS Geometry Train (NS 92G) is making a comeback to the Greenville District, I went out to Norcross on June 6th to see the geometry train with "The Brick". I also saw NS P52, NS 27A, and NS 282 in Norcross.
