Catching some UP Clinton Sub action. I missed the Katy heritage unit on an EB by just a few hours, but heard that UP 1983 (WP) was on its way leading a WB; however, I wasn't able to catch it before it was time to head over to the museum for Ames Area Railfans (where I was presenting that night). I did hear on the scanner that 1983 had a crew called 19:45 but needed to take on fuel, which wasn't going to be ready until about 21:00, so I knew I had a pretty good chance to catch it afterwards, which I did.
