This is one of the more interesting railroad crossings I've seen, where although its the same line you go under one track and cross the other. To add to that, the street itself IS the state line.

From this side, the right side is Ohio and the left side is Indiana. I returned years later and recorded a much better video (train meet) from the other side as well.
They're functioning normally. With the latter gates coming down after the initial gates come down, one is able to cross that track in the background instead of getting caught under the bridge.
