I hope you like darkness and NEG E Bells! The CSX New Rock Sub runs from Joliet, IL to Utica, IL, over the old Rock Island mainline from Chicago to Omaha. CSX owns a small portion of this line to access the silica mine in Ottawa, plus to serve the many other industries located on this portion of the Rock, which if I've been told right, made up a ginormous chunk of the Rock Island's revenue.
In addition to CSX owning the line, Iowa Interstate also has trackage rights on the CSX, and going west from Utica, they take ownership of the line all the way to Council Bluffs, IA. East of Joilet, Chicago's Metra commuter railroad owns the line into city.
The CSX portion to me is probably the dullest part of the line, being almost entirely E bells, save for 3 M bells in Marseilles and Morris, but there's still plenty of WRRS gate mechanisms and incandescent lights left to help make up for it.

I noticed that at 27:10, the gate on the right isn't all the way down when the train enters the crossing! Wow!

0:08 Crazy thing about this crossing is that when the visors come on the gate lights didn't appear until once they come down the gate lights showed up.

So weird to see the gate lights come on when the gates go down and then have the crossing lights go off and the gate lights still on as they go up...

I use to live in New Lennox Illinois not too far from the EJ&E but would ride my bicycle into town also would see the Metra and the Iowa Interstate trains going through town on the former Rock Island. Also there is a bike trail called the Plank Road Trail which goes over I-80 and Norfolksouthern's former Wabash line on preserved bridges which the bike trail use to be the New York Central's Michigan Central line. =^.^=

[46:52] Uh-Oh!! As you can see the left signal lights blink over and over, Now that's an issue right there and honestly I'm pretty sure the Railroad Company already took care of that.

Almost all of the crossings, the main lights and the gate lights operate separately, one crossing had a major stroke, and another had a minor stroke

NEG E bells / GS type 2 e bells. they sound the same even though theyre owned by different companies

Once again for the millionth time,CSX does not OWN their portion....The New Rock Sub owners are the bosses of the Sand Plants..........CSX(B&O) signed a 99 year lease back on August of 1980 with the bosses with an option for renewal after this lease is up. Unimin is the boss of The new Rock.
