Railfanning SEPTA, Amtrak, NJT, and CSX Around 30th St Station Philadelphia, PA 

I love 30th Street Station so much. I get excited just thinking about it and how Philly has one of, if not the most, beautiful train stations in the country

It’s actually amazing how nice those Silverliner IV’s look. NJT’s Arrow III’s are pretty ancient and desperately need replacing.

It would be nice to see a glimpse of the exterior and interior of the various stations you film. Even nicer to film Christmas eve action. A great film this is!

19:15 Pennsylvanian from NYC to Harrisburg and Pittsburgh arrives. 19:46 diesel engine couples to it as Harrisburg to Pittsburgh is not electrified. Philly to Harrisburg is and I wish Amtrak would do that operation in Harrisburg. Use the electricity. Reduce pollution!!!
