This seems outdated, the Makati Subway alone was already halted due to ROW issue to the now barangays moved to the jurisdiction of Taguig City. I'm not sure for the others.

Blue print my ass. All of the mass rail transportation that are planned in the Philippines are planned by JICA and just supporter and funded by Marcos. And it was Marcos that didn't follow the original plan of the nap of the proposed line for the LRT line 1. All of railway projects in the Philippines are planned drew by JICA, not Marcos, although it was Marcos that funded and supported the proposal by JICA. every Mass rail transit that are being built rn and planned since the 1970s are their plan. IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF THE TUGUEGARAO AIRPORT SHORTEST FLIGHT DISTANCE TO TAIWAN & CHINA. MOST AIRPORTS IN THE VISAYAS & MINDANAO ARE NOW CONVERTED TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS, with now immigration offices in it. DO CAGAYANOS DESERVE BETTER FROM THE GOVERNMENT,TOO? If all would materialised the railway train from Santa Ana or Apparri , Cagayan valley Province to Metro Manila going Southern Luzon, going to or passing Esatern Visayas Provinces until and connecting the Circumferecial Mindanao Rail Way from Surigao Provinces to Davao Provinces until going Zamboang Peninsula and this would be maybe a High Speed train, so if Indonesia has newly build high-speed train named whoooooooooos, so the Philippines high-speed train should be named HAGIBIS high speed train..
