This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

Pain is your oldest friend, was there for your first breath, and on your last as well. Then sprinkle it everywhere inbetween just so you know it's still there for you. Cold turkey isn't as delicious as it sounds. Heroin has a loving warm touch when she's still holding you, but when you let her go, all you have to feel now is the cold bitter bear hug of death. Holding on ever so tight, if you had any fight left you'd try to end it yourself.... You ever had your hair hurt? Then you know how I feel right now. Been awake for 14 days in constant pain and discomfort. My record is 22 days. That one hurt bad. PAIN with me till the end. Fuck I hate the prick. .. but love the taste of a good shot ... but I couldn't hit to save my life. I've made my bed and I will lay in it feeling the worst feeling, and the best at thesame time, because I'm laying in bed with my love of my life as well. As we both are dragged through hell... see you on the other side

This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it.

I have not slet well in almost a year. This.had me flat out in deep sleep for 3 hours within 5 minutes. I feel like I got very very good sleep. Recommend this. ❤️🇨🇦

@@SleepSoundlyRain-688 Yes. It's getting better. I had some trauma. I got a new mattress. I pray. I find I have to be in a completely dark room with no light. Started an exercise.class too. I had ling covid & it turned.my life upside down. Things are getting better though. Thank you. 😘🇨🇦

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family's home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.🖤✨
