I listen to this almost every night. I suffer from chronic pain, ADHD & Anxiety. This really helps me shut my mind down from over thinking things. I no longer have to take sleep meds in order to sleep and if I do its now all natural and non-narcotic. This was life changing for me. Thank you for posting it.

Hey idk you and I don’t mean to assume anything but I really empathise with what you’re saying in your post and I hope you’re doing better now. If you are still struggling with anxiety then I highly recommend checking out John Glanvill on RU-vid and Patreon. He’s an anxiety specialist and is really helping me out a lot with my anxiety. I hope it can help your situation or anyone else that sees this post struggling with something similar. Keep your head up

That's actually a really interesting train of thought! I lived in the deep tropical Jungle for about 2 years in the Republik of Central Afrika and we where like always on edge, it was fricken hot and you basically melted in the heat, but alas you had to work like 24.7. Most of the time I had to get water or look for fruit, but when the rain came pouring down with the thunder it reaaaaally calmed you: First it DID meen that water, the thing we all need is there, easily reachable, and second, since it was thundering and raining it was too dangerous to go about work and you where basically forced to take a break and relax.. It was the most soothing sound I have ever witnessed and up to this day my favourite weather is rain and storm because it calmes me. But I never thought about it like that until you mentioned it! :D funny

l love the rain and some thunder.... I remember as a child it would ran and I sit out on the porch, my friends would stop by n talk, and I had to tell them go away, so I could enjoy the rain and appreciate it at the same time!😘

I love a good rainstorm. It washes all my anxiety's away. I've been on every medication known to man for my PTSD, Agoraphobia, PD, and ADHD I can tell you nothing comes close in comparison to These. I feel so calm when I wake up. No fears if only for a hours, it to me is a game-changer. I would trust this guy with a one on one hypnosis any day. Goodnight my friends 👍🙂⌛⛈☔

I have a lot of anxiety and the rain helps me every time. Due to my anxiety disorder I have trouble sleeping and can stay up to 1:00 am trying to sleep, thanks to you I can sleep with an empty mind and feel a drift in empty space :)

There’s seriously nothing better than snuggling with warm blankets, your favourite book and warm drink/water and reading - or sitting - whilst listening to the rain splashing down. It’s the best time to take big deep breathes and calm yourselves down after a stressful or over exciting day. 💧☔️💦🌧
