Rainbird 1/2" 25DA brass impact sprinkler 

I had to chuckle when I learned DA stood for “Do All.” It’s running great on your stand, even though it’s been well used. Best 1/2” adjustable impact ever. Great video.

I like this design much better than the newer 25 models. It is not fast, but then those were not fast back in the day. These were not good for the well water in Florida where I grew up as it did not take long for the mineral water to do a number on the bearing and nipple parts causing them to slow down and freeze up. In general these are great on the house water supply like we have here where I live in Washington state. I do not think it would change much in speed if it were disassembled and cleaned up. I think it might be faster with the new nylon washers available today, but not sure if it would operate correctly or not because no bearing spring to support the movement. Interesting to see one of these and with a deflector included.

Nice 25DA! Seems to run well, no leaks, it is probably operating at about the average speed.
