I’m blessed to have been able to watch Ritchie Blackmore play live in Deep Purple, Rainbow, and Blackmore’s Night. I’m not going to get into a discussion about who is the greatest guitarist, but Ritchie is definitely one of the masters, and what makes his music so special, for me, is that he always knows exactly what to add, and when, to the composition to satisfy, but make you want more. He’s still making music now, and touring (albeit with fewer dates and with a less punishing schedule) at the age of 78. Any sane person, who loves rock music, or just who loves music, should try to get to see him perform, just once, before we lose him forever.
For me he is the best ever exactly because what you said. He knows precisely when and what to add but more inportantly when not to add anything - as he himself said, it is not about notes you play, it is about notes you do not play….
@@ponytrekker8996 when Richie plays you know exactly who it is not just by sound , technique , but style he has, there are not a lot of guitarists that you can say that about Hendrix, Van Halen maybe a few more but you know what I mean
There are maybe 4 or 5 guitarists in rock history with a style and sound so unique as to be instantly recognizable and Ritchie Blackmore is one of them.
From the same Munich concert is the song "Mistreated" where many believe Ronnie sings his best performance ever and the solo is one of the most intimate solos I have ever seen. Just a magical concert from start to finish.
Hello Miss Rebeka !!! We too have Missed You !!! Yet when your ready we will be here for you as Always ! Like Button Smashed 😁👍👍😎🌞🎶🎵🎸🎻🎷🎺🪕🎹 , Warmest Wishes from the Sunshine State of Florida the USA 🌞 Song of the Day from Rainbow 🌈. ( Street of Dreams ) 😀🥴🤔🤪🌄🌅🌎
Imagine someone would have told me when I was 14 that this is going to be appriciated 46 years in the future, mindblowing. I attended to this live in -77.... And it still works
Музыка много людей обьединяет,особенно вновь открывших для себя и многих -другой мир.мир таланта, добра,понимания ...А вы симпатичная ! Приятно посмотреть на человека ,пытающегося разобраться и понять .
I was fortunate to see Rainbow 🌈 when Ronnie James Dio was still the vocalist & of course an honor to see the master Richie Blackmore on guitar 🎸 ! Nice to see you 😊
Besides THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME one of the Greatest Live Concerts ever recorded in Rock History.....Blackmore/Powell/Dio/Stone/Daisley...what a Line Up !!!!
Delighted to see you back. I hope all is good with you (or soon will be). I've been feeling a little sorry for myself too, because just as you were really getting into Dire Straits, we lost you for a while. But all is good. I'm a Rainbow fan as well. Although my favourite line up was with Graham Bonnet as the lead singer. Taking nothing away from Mr Dio, (who is extraordinary) I just thought the "Down to Earth" album was fantastic. That might just be because I grew up with it though. "All Night Long." Blackmore dumped Graham Bonnet because he refused to grow his hair long! that makes him the coolest rock singer of that time. He refused to conform to stereotype. Good man. Obviously I don't know what your struggle is right now. But if you are looking for inspiration, check out "Ren." Either "Chalk Outlines" or "Hi Ren." Both beautiful pieces of art, with an insight into other peoples struggles, which sometimes helps with our own. I wish you peace and contentment.
This song really highlights how beautiful Dio's voice resonates with a gentle ballad. (The only other song that is softer is "Rainbow Eyes") There is no aggression, no grit, just beautiful notes and pitches that work so well with the song. Plus Ritchie Blackmore is amazing on guitar and the best of his solo is to come on Part 2. I can't wait to see the rest of your reaction.
@@victormagallanes8238 She reacted to "Temple of the King" with Doogie White on vocals from the 1995 Dusseldorf concert. She absolutely loved it. Doogie did a great job on that song, but still not equal to Ronnie, but close.
That whole album is something special, I just love to sing along to catch the rainbow, hope all I well , this my first video of yours I came across and wish you the best . ❤🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙🖤🩶🤍
I could not think of a better way to start the weekend than listening to Ronnie James Dio and having you back doing what you do best, sharing great music and great reactions with us. Thank you, and know that we are with you 100% of the way.
Wow, what a great looking face! Fun to see your expressions reacting to some classics. A bit of a Tomboy too! Love that face! Thanks for being here...!
having been smuggled out of Austria after allegedly getting into a fight with a concert security guard. Dio actually apologizes for the late start, though by then the crowd had noticeably thinned. Best show i have see ever dio ,cozy blackmore ,bob and Nice at you are back baby👍
Great to see you back Rebeka don't know what's going on with you sincerely hope it's nothing bad. Look forward to your story when you complete it wish you all the health and happiness in this world. You take care of yourself ❤
None of the people on this stage were ever better than they were on this night, at least not on a performance caught on camera. Blackmore takes it to another level in part two.
I'm here again to tell you about the future of music. 3 young sisters from Mexico..all my life I've been a ZEPPELIN, PINK FLOYD, SABBATH, fan now this band is right at the top of my list.. they are, "THE WARNING" best live band I've seen in many years.. try their version of ENTER SANDMAN (they did it for Metallica's blacklist album) Try Enter Sandman, or Disciple, Animosity, Martirio, LIVE AT TEATRO METROPOLITAN CDMX. You're missing out if you don't check out these 3 girls..🤟🎶☮️
I was 12 years old when DIO/RAINBOW played this great song, when I was being painfully bullied. So, I emerged myself in RONNIE JAMES DIO/ RAINBOW. And I'm still alive, happy & a father of a 25 year old son. Rock on SISTER!!!!!
This was playing in the midelofnightBlackmore had to be smuggled out of Austria after trouble with the police at a gig two nights earlier, and was very late arriving in Munich, all of which seemed to inspire both the band and the audience to create a truly remarkable gig.
I do wonder where your influence comes from. You're quite young and quite a bit of the music you listen to is the same that my cousin (my influence) listened to when I was a kid. But whereever it comes from, you have an incredible taste in the variety of music you open your soul to and it's fascinating to hear past songs I've long forgotten. Thank you for that.
Please count me amongst your friends Rebeka - I believe all of your subscribers recognise your beauty and honesty with us internet strangers. Whatever issues you face, stay strong, and remember that such beautiful music as you have chosen tonight is what brings us all closer. Talk to everyone you trust when times are hard. David
This song is healing, it sounds like you can use. I look forward to hearing what you have to say. Stay strong, you’re a beautiful young lady with a beautiful heart. Sit back, relax and let this masterpiece wash over you.
There is a montage using video from this concert, but it is a studio version. Stargazer wasn't part of this 1977 Munich concert. "Stargazer" is a must reaction for Rebeka.
