►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use white as your base color. Make sure this is dry before moving on
-Create drips on each nail, cycling through all rainbow colors. Start with the straight drip, then connect them with a curve
-Clean up as needed, then finish with top coat!
