@@vctorbosak938 i don't see that I feel like the voice actors they got fit their characters well. As a transwoman and a enby respectively they aren't going to sound like what a "normal" person would sound like to most.

@@felixroberge6073 uh doc hated lion, like realllyy hated him, because of a past mission and lion acting outside docs humanitarian allined order. Alas lion wasn't to blame either, he did what he considered best in the tense situation he was in. It would seem that doc and lion are getting along much better now though, perhaps they're slowly making their peace with the past
They didn’t have any reference to how “by the books” lion is supposed to be on operations and how much that method of thinking gets him animosity from doc who LITERALLY lost a friend because of Lion’s decisions in an operation. I feel like this version of Lion has swayed pretty far from the Lion I’ve read about in the lore.

It's possible. They have CGI and animated trailers that tell a story. They already brought the game to mobile so who knows they could bring the game to tv and make a anime/netflix series. It will bring them money
If they didn’t go the direction of aliens with extraction, I would’ve loved the idea of a side game to siege where it’s based on single player/co-op, where you go through different operations the characters have been on and go through their backstories, and how they got to Rainbow. They probably won’t do it, but a guy can dream.
Barely any comments here about what was said about Nighthaven being involved in a killing - specifically Yahata. Wasn't Yahata the guy that Azami was meant to be protecting but died in her cinematic? What is Nighthaven hiding behind smoke and mirrors? Update: I rewatched Azami's cinematic. Yahata was the man she was protecting and a bullet/item she handed to Hibana has "QCR" written on it - reading up about it suggests it IS linked to Nighthaven. And Azami wants revenge for what happened. I sense some good lore forthcoming.
This trailer is just screaming "Coop/singleplayer content". I really hope that there will be some missions like in the video, just imagine fighting against that juggernaut!

I’m glad we finally got to see Monty in action in a cinematic (not counting his elite cinematic since that came out after this), even if it’s basically just him planting his shield and nothing else.

TBH this trailer paints Sens as a kind of brutal, and a strong lad. 0:12 throws an enemy across the room for the sake of doing it. 0:47 puts on airpods before a fight. 1:37 Took their time to take off a dead man's helmet to scare off the enemies. However they shot them in the head. Brain juice, blood, everywhere. And they still took it. Need I say more?
They must spend so much on these invitational cgi trailers when they could probably release a 10 part animated series that fleshes out the team so much.
Ubisoft cannot make commercial R6 show. They have license to use Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six trademark to make games and public trailers and animations that are related to the games. Making show that would be on Netflix or Amazon Prime is a bit no-no. That's a problem because R6 books were created before games unlike other Tom Clancy's series.
So, not only is Rainbow Six not a counter-terrorism series anymore ( Extraction has you fighting ALIENS, for God's sake, while Siege is just fighting other operators ), the Rainbow Six wiki states that Sens is referred to as " We " and " They ". .....They've actually gone and made PRONOUNS a component of Siege. Not to mention how proud they are that they have THREE LGBT characters on the roster....as if that alone is worthwhile of noting. Sens is also still a man...no matter what " procedures " they had done to " switch ".
@@Buginskin Regardless, Sens is referred to on the wiki, and on all " official " sites, plus the trailer here, as " they ". They're ( Ubisoft ) literally playing the pronoun game with us....as if that's what Rainbow Six is supposed to be. Or as if any one of us can actually call ourselves " they "- there's only one mind per body, not several.

The level of unprofessionalism this new operator exudes is baffling. Why is this juggernaut guy just standing around? Why didn't he shoot at the new operator when he clearly saw them dive out from behind Monty?
It seems like the trailer is cool, but the new character causes me incredible rejection, but you can say "don't play for him" the problem is that he can be both for and against me. cartoon class hero no.

People always say that they don't have anything against LGBTQ+ but as soon as a character in a game/series/book is openly discussed as LGBTQ+ people loose their cool and say it seems forced... imagine if LGBTQ+ people would do the same everytime a straight and/or cis-character comes out

To be entirely fair, he had the idea of a heartbeat monitor being able to see through walls. Considering the doctors thought I was dead because they couldn't detect a heartbeat through my mom's stomach, I'd say he had some futuristic ideas. Plus, with most of his military books being guessed on how it works (and getting detained and talked with by the actual military), I don't think he'd have hated this as much. It states in his original book that the design of Rainbow Six was to protect people, and to continue branching out to make sure everyone was as safe as possible. Maybe not where he was heading, but I don't think he'd really mind how far R6 has come.

It started as a moderatedly grounded counter-terrorists forces game, with emphasis on organizations uniforms, weapons, gadgets, etc. Now it's all pink hairs, goofy uniforms and kunai throwing ninjas. No, I don't think Mr. Clancy would be satisfied at all.

@@lessavini Of course it's fun! And I totally get it. When I saw how drastically different jt evolved from Book, to the like 80 games that came out around it, to now, it's a big difference. Plus, I mostly enjoy the lore of the game, and the fact that they come up with gadgets that can possibly be made is kinds fun. I think overall it has curved from its original counter terrorist game to an intense, apocalypse type game, with a literal April fools joke making everything pink, but it's kinda fun that way. I can say though, they did the animation justice.

I've always hated nighthaven since they got added glad we are separated and seeing stuff like this with just r6 brings me back to the good ol days of seige
And i wouldn't say that Sam or Zero already knew it before Harry did since he is one of their own best operators and also one that is their own instructor. He knows much that he can't share information to them that will make a big scene.
