The best part is when the devs talk about them wanting to create a totally unique map. Little did they know the map plays awefully A failed experiment to be sure
For me it’s because I rarely play this map, for around 2 years now I’ve been playing mostly ranked and very little casual so I don’t get to play this map a lot, but when I do I feel this sense of nostalgia.
@@jimothy4272 it's just not common to other maps. Like the spawn point of attackers doesn't really matter, instead of going up attackers have to descend. All that stuff making this map unique also makes it differ from others so much - some players hate it.
Honestly for me it's the fact that it's more-so built like a maze and has too many areas that are compact and then completely open. Yet again, that's just me. I probably shouldn't be criticizing because I unironically liked yacht and outback.
@@connectcarl While I never really enjoyed Outback all that much, Yacht was extremely fun when playing Casual. Defense on Third floor, going with Shotguns to take down every soft walls of OBJ and have the enemy team not understand what the hell is going on lol.
Do the perparation themes even play in-game? I only hear the pick phase music as the prep phase begins and it slowly fades out. Prep phase 2's song is beautiful
That's either because the Prep Phase themes sometimes don't start from the very beginning, or that part is caught by the transition volume and can't be heard.
