Felt utterly gutted when this sleepcast suddenly was locked the other day - with not even a single free sleepcast or wind down available anymore. Rainday antiques single handedly made me fall asleep within minutes for years when nothing else would help. After a pang of panic that my one and only sleeping aid had disappeared I was so glad to find it here. Thank you!

I struggled for two years of sleeping when I came upon this, I was fourteen and this was the only thing that helped me slept. I then moved on to sad audio, to music to minecraft music to sound baths. I've returned my way back to this three years later as nothing else will send me to sleep. Thank you so much, I cant use anything but this. It's my refuge-- my safe Haven.

The short version of this convinced me to get the premium app. I have the premium subscription and this is still my fav lol. Anything voiced by Simon is so soothing to me that I fall asleep comfortably. Also the noting technique is awesome

I cried today, had painful headache and panic attack. And could not sleep, even when feel restless. Exhausted. But the voice story teller helped me, calm me down, as the voice of my grandad “ It’s okey, I am here”. I have depression, the daily tasks seemly overwhelmed with me. These days, seemly difficult for me. Anw, thanks for this sleeping session, I gradually calm enough to type this comment.

I usually hate sleeping with any sound louder than the ceiling fan buzzing but I thought maybe I would try this and see what happens. Turned it on and thought "eh, it's admittedly soothing, but I'm still skeptical if it'll help me sleep." Then I woke up the next morning.

My favourite. I bought premium, but I really love that you've now put it here for free. People need this, & mindfullness generally. I & a mate provide free guided nature observation sessions locally (South Australia), & always include simple introductory mindfulness meditation excercises.

It is always a lovely experience, & we meet the most delightful & interesting self selecting group of people each time! We aim to provide an experiential introduction to approaches they can then go on & use themselves. Thanks again for your remark, Salim, I shall run the idea of an online approach past my friend!👍

When I was recovering from top surgery and had to sleep on my back, this is what helped get me to sleep. I've gone back to sleeping on my stomach since, but this still helps me when my medications aren't enough. Thank you headspace

I am currently sick with a fever and couldn’t fall asleep last night because of racing thoughts. I had a lot of schoolwork to do today and I just kept thinking “there’s no way I’m going to get any sleep tonight and I’m not going to get anything done tomorrow.”. But I remembered seeing headspace ads in the past and when I looked it up this was the first thing that popped up. Whenever I’m anxious or overthinking at night I go straight to rainy day antiques. Thank you so much for not monetising the video, like other people said lots have ads halfway through which wake you up. Please please please could you release the whole of cat marina on here? I used to use that aaall the time when I had the app and, no offence to rainy day antiques, but personally it worked better for me, as I’m sure others.
