The creaky floors are just the luxury of a beautiful old home! 😊 Our first home was built around 1910 or so and I just loved that home. This was a great spring tour of your home and I loved that it was done on a cloudy/rainy day. I just love your home and the way you have it decorated. After watching RU-vid channels, I too felt that I needed a light under my corner kitchen cabinet! I found mine at Goodwill last month and it has a deep red lampshade which matches my colors and adds a warm glow at night.

As soon as u walk into your house u just go aaawwww!! It feels so warm,homey,cozy,comfy..all the words.….!!!..I know your dog sheds,but u would never know it.there is never a speck of hair or dirt anywhere on your floor lol..it’s breathtakingly gorgeous!!!..every corner has been thought out..AND yes AMY those baseboards r shining!!😜

Hi Amy🌸 You and your home are SO 💗ly! Your home is so calming and inviting. I enjoy seeing greenery around my home year round. My husband and I are in process awaiting the build of a cape cod style home. I can hardly wait to move in and decorate, using some of your ideas. I 💛 the use of baskets and I will be using different wood tones throughout my home. I guess it’s what I have and can’t come to applying paint on it. I do have some off white washed furniture pieces, as well, that I think will offset the wood tones. You look so pretty and thank you for sharing your sweet talent in design.💛

Love it all! I like the bench under the dining room window too. Almost like a window seat you often see in dining rooms! Very calm and beautiful and not gloomy at all. I am using your Fireplace in your office as inspiration for my own small dining area that I am working on. Your window boxes are gonna be so lovely when they all bloom out! You can tell that everything you do is done with intentional love and it all comes together beautifully!

I always love your decorating videos. I am drawn to all things color right now. So I do have fake green plants, fake mini daffodils in my kitchen and a big arrangement on my coffee table that has pink peonies, blue and green hydrangeas and pops of yellow and purple. Yes, pretty wild, but it is a happy space of color after a long winter. Here the blue Siberian squill flowers are blooming on the roadside, but no daffodils yet. Between zone 4 and 5 where I live so we are impatiently awaiting buds on trees to open. The peeper frogs are singing in the swamps though so all should happen soon now.
