This movie was great. I was laughing, engaged, and thrilled the entire way, and that ending was just so heartfelt and sweet. Underrated Coen Comedy. Wish I had discovered it when I was a kid because it would be another great flick in my nostalgic collection.

I saw this movie the first time on TV. I was just flipping channels then I saw nicolas cage and thought meh. Turns out this was one of the funniest and most engaging movies I've ever seen. I was pleasantly blown away.

Nicholas Cage is an honest delight in this film, probably one of his better performances. and Holly Hunter is fantastic as his midly psychotic wife. She knows how to play baby-crazy. Not to mention she is ridiculously hot in that cop uniform....

I went to Bellaire High School with Trey Wilson. He played the daddy of the kids. He passed away after this movie. He was certainly a great character actor. I looked forward to more of his movies. Good vibes to a nice man.

The Best Line in the Film: "I don't know, their his jammies.......they got Yodas on them and shit." The sequence in which John Goodman escapes from jail, and pops out of the ground screaming was also hysterical. The Coen Brothers are geniuses.

When I saw this Movie for the first time. I was about 7 or 8 years old. I thought it was a Action Movie. Until it said it is a Comedy Action thing. Well that’s good to know. But this Movie was soo cool in the 80’s.

Watch "Adaptation" or "Leaving Las Vegas". He does a lot of movies just for the money, and he does a lot of standard blockbuster types (although how can you not love "The Rock"), but when he needs to step up to the plate he's got the talent.

My favorite line in the movie comes when Hi is trying to decide if he should get a real job and John Goodman solemnly says, "You're young, you've got your health, what do you want with a job?" as though getting a job is a terrible career choice.

I originally started a trailer of Raising Arizona in Spanish and I just thought it was the Coens trying to fool me but... no it was really spanish and it was called Arizona Junior.
