Sir, they wrote Ejusdem Generis and Pith and substance correctly in Hindi, and then translated it into English like google translate. The options in English therefore are random and don't even exist. Also, They wrote Onam instead of Quam.

Fall behind is absolutely incorrect. It doesn’t even fit with the tense of the sentence. Fell through is correct, tense wise and meaning wise as well.

But as per IPC, IPC Section 27 states that - If the wife, clerk, or servant of a person is in the possession of that person's property, we can say that the property is in the person's possession so owner term includes all these people

Culpable homicide is not murder if the offender, in the exercise in good faith of the right of private defence of person or property, exceeds the power given to him by law and causes the death of the person.. Direct reading of bare act says it is culpable homicide not amounting to murder

There are supreme court judgements on this point too. SC clearly said that in such a situation there can not be any technical assumption. In a case when someone is there on your head with a pistol then afterwards he starts running and can't over self defence and hence it is CHNAM

@@ayushigupta5346 see idk what hc will do now and i read a judgement but not remember the name, you are an adv research. But simply think, if someone with a gunpoint threatens you and you snatch the gun, he starts running Self defence is over- correct... But does it become murder or will it be exceeding self defence and falls in murder's exception and hence CHNAM? The facts never mention that the accused is also planning for the murder like the nanavati case or he wanted something like this nor there was any mention that the threat was over.

Provide a source where Ejusdem Generis is written as Doctrine of Homogenous interpretation. Doctrines can't be renamed as per convenience. I cannot call Absolute liability with some other name because both words mean the same.

Sir please see question number 38 of set 'B' It says: While committing any case exclusively triable by Court of session, magistrate shall remand the accused for how much period: Official ans key ke according correct answer (3) During and until the conclusion of trial My ground of objection : Section 209(b) crpc says " subject to the provision of this code relating to bail remand the accused to custody during,(comma) and until the conclusion of,(comma) the trial" Sir question paper me na to ye diya hai ki "subject to the provision of this code relating to bail" Aur na hi " 'during' aur 'conclusion of' ke bad comma lagaya hai. Isliye ye question incorrect lag rha hai.. Please correct me if I am wrong !

Aa hi nhi skta as there was no intention or prior mindset..koi bhi explanation mei nhi h..it is clear cut culpable homicide not amounting to murder
