Showing how easy it is to harvest this type of shellfish. Cockles are not sought after by most people, because they don't have as much meat in them. Other popular clams share the same beach as Cockles. So people choose those instead.
Cost alot money to buy in store i always catch them and mussels to and small black snails on rocks.. good food for free.. saves u alot money.. and its healthy af... Im from Netherlands

@@joannfinley1428- Some people in the comments section here are saying that this beach is just south of Jolly Rodger Seafood, and others are saying it's near the Coast Guard station. Hope that helps.
