Wendell and Knightdale could be huge in the next 5 - 10 years! They have so many great developments on the way and Wendell Falls has brought major builders & commercial to the area. It's an exciting time for the East side of Raleigh!

Morrisville has more of the airport flight path noise issue as well. As for Fuquay, its proximity to 540 that's under construction also matters. This will make FV much more accessible to RTP as well as Apex and Cary. Another great video Ellen!

wen-DELL! Yes, it's named after Oliver Wendell (WEN-dle) Holmes, but it's not pronounced the same way (per town staff circa 2000 - I asked about the discrepancy, and they laughed it off). My son bought in Angier (not even Wake County) late 2022, and I'm not looking at stats, but it seems that the asking prices are comparable to Garner these days. Love the videos :)

Bought a new home in Four Oaks near Reedy Creek Golf Course. I see a lot of growth in this area. Especially around 210 and 40.

One thing I noticed. I noticed that the west side is far more developed than the east side for sure. We are short a lot of amenities on the east side than the west side.

You really missed the fact that the schools are worse in eastern Raleigh. Completely different from the Fuquay-Cary area of Wake county. It's a same reason you can buy a house in the Harnett side of Fuquay for 50-60K less than the Wake county side.

I’m not sure how much that impacts the prices. If you looked at the test scores in Fuquay before prices shot up, they weren’t good either. The test scores rose as the area became more desirable and people moved to Fuquay for the lifestyle. I think the same will happen on the east side. Also many homes are zoned to some Johnston county schools where scores are similar to the west side, or at least close.

Coming from ny just happy with a ranch with land hopefully in wake county older homes and good bones inside is just cosmetic to me !

Damn, you even mentioned Clayton but not even Garner. 😭 Really not a lot of activity going around over here. I need to start going to these town meetings to figure out what's going on

I have no idea why garner seems to sit and do nothing. Every time I do a video I try to find new stuff happening in garner and it just never does! I’ve kind of given up TBH. Please let me know if you hear of new developments in garner! 😂😂You can be my eyes and ears!
