It's 180RS/200RS (or its replica as there were only 3 prototypes, one of them was destroyed), but I agree... Racing Škodas were always beatiful and much more "western" looking
They are all 600cc two cylinder so nothing like a 1.6 16v, except the ones after the wall fell which had 1100cc polo engines. I think from factory they have 25hp or something
