Your videos never cease to amaze me how caring and professional they are. You truly are inspiring when it comes to these videos and |I love that you actually make sure the people whose feet you care for actually leave you with not only their nails trimmed but their feet moisturised and truly cared for. He and I are sharing the year date of our transplants. I had a heart/double lung transplant in 2013. I wish him well. Another great job Doc👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻‼️

Hi Dr J That poor man having toenails like this. I can imagine he was pleased to have these cut and it was you he chose to do them. Nothing worse than when you get older is how much you realise what you cannot do. I am all for helping the elderly. I am 70 myself and now after complaining to the powers that be how little I can do Much love and respect from across the pond in Uk x

It’s so shocking to hear that in America you don’t get the treatment you need because of insurance. I’m so incredibly blessed to have free healthcare. Even with my government not giving the funding it needs it still gives treatment when it’s needed.

That is the longest one I've seen you do..., I think it's great when family can support each other, my sister has been an angel for me to help me heal. It would be great to open that conversation up - I'm sure we're not the only ones experiencing this, and I would understand if this is not the forum for this.

This is looking like a great result for this patient, i had a liver transplant eleven years ago and developed neuropathy as well, and it’s been a constant battle to keep my feet and legs from getting this bad. Your care and support Dr for this patient is very admirable. When you finished with his feet they looked exactly like mine, with the toes fused at the joints, it’s very uncomfortable.

Dr. J, I got tearful watching you care for this gentleman. You are a blessing, and balm for those who are in need. It's difficult getting through the maze of our healthcare system.. then add multiple diagnoses, aging, differences in insurances and it becomes next to impossible for a person to get the best care. People need advocates and navigators. It amazes me everytime you care for a patient, I see you advocating, teaching, and being proactive. Oh my goodness! I've had neuropathy in my feet since I was in my 30s. I didn't know that a long surgery could cause neuropathy!!! I had a 9 hour surgery when i was 32 years old!!! Thank you!

Great results as always Dr K, and it was refreshing to hear a patient admit that yes, they did have pain and yes shoes were difficult! Usually when asked, most people say “No, no problem at all” and you’re facing toenails that a T-Rex would be proud of! No one should be ashamed of needing help. God bless you sir.
